You got to look at it this way, instead of getting daylite at 7 , it will happen at 6. Therefore you will be late unless you get up at 4. Don't forget to pee at 1 instead of 2 , set the coffee at 3, to be ready around 3:15. Naptime will also change to 3:45 in order to consume dinner at 5 instead of 6. It will take till April be fore you get normal again, then 86 the above :Shrug:
