Harley vs Wing

first,
ragnarok-that is a really good-looking valk. wish i could have found one like that when i first started shopping for a trike.
second,
i love my '97 gw/roadsmith. but, that is my opinion. what is right for you may be totally different. take plenty of time, look at lots of trikes. no need to be in a hurry. it's not like you don't already have a nice trike.
third,
as much as i like my wing, i'd still like to ride a new tg, just for the heck of it.

So the consensus seems to be
1. Check myself which I like better
2. I'll like the wing better
3. Issues with warranty are sketchy
4. the Harley is underpowered
5. I'll like the wing better

Thanks all :)

We went for a ride this weekend (215 miles) and i had the opprotunity to ride a friends 2010 tri-glide and he rode my VTX 1800
absolutly no comparrison in handling and or power---glad to get my VTX back----his only comment was "next time", but it won't be yellow !

And now lets load up the Valkyrie cannons. Whats wrong with the Valk? My feeling is that the Valk is one of the best bikes ever built to convert to a trike. Just sad thay dont make them anymore. More power than the wings and alot less stuff to carry around. I have two Valks and did the conversions myself. I like the mc trike that I can at least see the motor. Then again I do all my own work and I know that its not possible for some to do. That is one beautiful trike you have there, just ride it for 200,000 miles then maby look for something else.
Just my 3/1half cents Loner

ive had both. 1999 and 2003 GW with lehman conversions and now have a brand new tri-glide

Ride em both/see which you feels better. thats the only way to know for sure, although the harley gives you a factory warranty
personally I like the way the harley looks/rides as compared to a wing but i rode harley 2 wheelers for years so it could just be familiarity

I think the riding position is better on a HD than a Wing. Just my opinion. They both have their + and - as neither is perfect. It is all in what is important to you.

This was a really easy choice for me, as I wanted a minimal chopper style trike and already had the Deuce - Frankenstein. I think Curley's recent V-Rod conversion is the ultimate Harley trike. Great looking, raked out front end, liquid cooled, and over 140 HP. Just need to strap yourself in B4 twisting the throttle too hard.
