New on the Block

Hello there Mike D, good looking rig there. Now post some pictures in the garage and get out and ride. Glad U found us. We have a great group here so jump right in.

She's a real beauty Mike! I hope you are living where the weather will allow a bit of riding still this year. Otherwise I'm thinking she will have a special spot in your living room so you can at least get better acquainted through the winter :D!

Hey Mike welcome, I am down in Phoenix all most neighbors. It looks like a Motortrike conversion ? I have mine on order should be in and completed by Thanksgiving. Maybe we will see each other on the road.
Happy riding .

Hey Mike and welcome aboard. Glad you made it over. I recognize that new M/T....:D Have you got your "bugs" ironed out yet?

Thanks Guys for the flowers. We are almost bug free just a few more items to cover. Hoping by Friday all will be done. Still on the fence about loving the trike verses the 2 wheeler. Only have 300 plus miles but nothing I can do with my knees being so bad.

Don't get discouraged, Mike. I'll bet one day real soon you'll be riding along and suddenly realize you don't even notice you're riding/steering "differently". But even if you do miss those lovely leans a bit as time goes on, the pluses of the trike can offer a really good balance to that minus.

I find something new to like about my trike every time I ride it. Easy of a U turn , road turns to gravel , Hi way turns to groves ( here in Conn they take and grind up the top layer of the hiway before resurfacing it ) this goes on for 3 or 4 miles. Getting stuck in a parking lot , like blocked in. So I just drive out over the curb or the gr***. Wife falling asleep for hours, nice and quiet, ( only kidding ) .Pouring rain. Once you get the curves down. You must develop your own style Mine now is I lean and 1/2 thru I gas it. Took me a while but now I got it down to a science. Anyway like the others said You are gona L O V E it. My friend took almost a year and 2,000 miles. His favorite part was the people p***ing us giving us thumbs up and taking pictures of us as we drive by. :D
