I see you also have a good taste for coffee :Coffee:

We have Mobjack Bay Coffee Roasters two miles up the road. Open to the public on Friday and Saturday. I get several different blends made fresh weekly. That burr grinder works a lot better than the spinning blade types. The French press is out of the picture. :Coffee::Coffee:

Meatloaf Resipies

While making my combo of beef, veal, pork, was saying to myself, SELF! - How many times have you made this concocksion, in different ways? :Shrug: So being we have at least another NE month of Bear weather to deal with, Fla, excluded, here is one of my rescipies;

1lb of greasey chopmeat
1lb tube of Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage
2 - chicken eggs
1- tsp sage
1- tsp Italian seasoning
black pepper
1- large onion chopped fine
3- garlic cloves chopped fine
1- can or thawered shopped spinach squeezed drained and chopped
1/2 - cup Parmesan cheese or of your choice
11/2- cups bread crumbs

mix all but the spinach and cheese together and put in a loaf pan.
make a trench in the center deep enough to hold the spinach in the center
and push in gently
top the spinach with the cheese
fold in the sides with spatula and hands to form a football type thing
Cook @ 350* 1.5hrs to insert temp at 175*
Let it rest for 15-20min
Slice and enjoy with a gravy, ketchup , BBQ sauce, or what ever turns
you on.

Mash taters or tater totts with Brussel sprouts sautéed in Italian dressing
as a side.

Ok - I know the south has there own mix. So let's here yours

Good job Fuzzy :clapping: Next time smother one with jerk rub and sit overnight, then smoke the same way. Just a thought.
