Floorboard Fringe

[FONT=&quot]Alrighty! Finally got the floorboard fringe I wanted for the Trike. Got that fringe right down on the ground now. One pic will show the standard length you can get from most {Had these on for 5 months}

Might take a couple of days....cold and rain coming thru. But I'm pretty sure it will look like I'm draggin' a cat....lol

Probably like the little Scott dogs we used to have. When they would run, it was kinda like their "fringe" was bouncing & Flowing!

Very nice looking fringe, I like the old school look. I like the bead around the top on yours. Who did the work? I had mine made by Chilhowee Custom leather they did the crash bars also.

I do like crash bar leather, but with the lowers.....And I've tried twice with fringe grips. But I just can't get used to having both arms beat to **** once you hit anything over 35 mph! I used TRD Leather out of Ohio http://www.trdleather.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=SLFB-1 Nice guy and his daughter handles the orders, kinda like that type of business. About the same price as the Chilowee stuff - I just called and had him make one up with 12" of fringe {about $15 more} Put them on and cut ~ Now as you can see no angle to the fringe. A small thing, but I like it much better.

I see the no angle, nice great job I'll check out their stuff. People have commented that my grip covers seem a little big but i like them. Got them from Fox Creek Leather and because they use such heavy leather even at 80 mph they just float mid air. Enjoy your fringe really dresses your bike up IMO..:clapping:

Doesn't that fringe kick up a lot of dust/dirt and throw it all over the bike???

I never have a problem not at all..while moving fringe is flying. Plus keep the trike very clean except for rain it has never seen water. Get more dirt from cars and trucks than from it's self. :clapping:

Never noticed a difference - when you are moving they are off the ground. Most likely it catches more than it's share.
