Best mod you've done to your trike...

I've done many modifications to my TG to include a full stage one kit, to putting Ward's fans on it. But the most useful mod I've done to it that I notice every single day when I get on and get off of it is the Trike Mid Step.

I have a special needs daughter that loves to ride with me, and it make it so much easier for her to get on it (and easier on me so I don't have to lift her) with just me helping her keep her balance. It also helps me because all I have to do is literally step up on the Mid Step board and step over the seat, swivel and sit down. I don't have to drag my leg up and across the seat anymore. It was expensive ($600), but it's well worth it to me. It's saving wear and tear on my body, both keeping me from having to lift my daughter on every time she goes on a ride with me.

I hope the guys that came up with it get rich from the idea. Don't think I'm getting anything out of giving them a thumbs up because I'm not. I only WISH I was. :D

So now, what do you consider to be the best modification you've done to your trike (any brand)?

Hi Scott, Thanks For THAT. Tom

Best thing I did to my trike was to get a raked tree. I already had a big bore kit, cam, pipes, and intake before I converted. Some guys don't need or want it, but the second best thing I did was to get reverse. I only have 1 good leg. I'm an amputee, and the reverse helps A LOT!!!

Besr mod so far...

I'm 6'5" and no Harley seats I tried were very comfortable. Corbin now makes seats for the FW and they made some custom changes to their factory seat for me. Put me higher and farther back. Amazing difference in comfort, especially on long rides.

Hmm...I would've thought further back but never higher. Makes a lot of sense...if you're further back AND higher your legs can stretch further.
