Looking to buy a new 2015 Tri Glide ---gathering info from this forum

Wife has decided its time for a trike ....

we have had 2 side cars and now she wants to blow 40 g's on a trike ..(at least its not diamonds this time:clapping:)

was wondering if there is any "dealing" on the 15's before the 16's come out

any idea of the dealer markup margins?

The green one is a 1996 Harley Nostalgia with a custom Liberty Sidecar ....
the Black one is a 1991 Harley FXRP with a California side car ..

and I need to sell this '06 Dnya to help pay for the new Tri Glide ..getting old is a balancing act .. cash and/ or two wheels :xzqxz:

I have to most definitely agree with KY - those are GREAT looking rigs!

Living here here in NorCal I/we have a great variety of dealers here to chose from but sadly they ALL seem to keep a tight rein on their prices (generally MSRP) and will not deal. Basically it comes down to what they will 'throw in' with the deal. Shop around - hope you can swing something in your favor!
Seems like this would be the TIME TO BUY with the'16 s on the way.
Wife/I love our HD trikes.......
:xszpv:

Welcome to the forums from Florida and good luck in your search for a Tri, those side car rigs are certainly beautiful.

Welcome... Being that the 16's are just about out, And if a dealer has a 15 or two in stock, You might get some off of list, And they also might knock of the trans and set-up fees. Those two come close to a grand.. Other than that there isn't too much wiggle room.

Welcome from New Mexico. I bought my 14 just as the 15s were arriving. I was able to get a good price since the dealer has a few 14s. Good shopping. Jim

Welcome to TT. Great looking rides. Like somebody else said, my dealer won't do a lot of dealing-- unless you've go a really nice trade that they know they can make gobs of money on.

65 miles ....

found a 2015 -- took delivery today --

price was right - color was right --red / red --

just rode it home 65 miles -- make that I "glided" home .... yep I now "get it "

gonna miss two wheeling -- but this sucker is just plain fun ..

ready for a run thru Canada next spring --

and down Big Sur next month ---and up to Sea Ranch for thanksgiving

pics

sorry they all "kinda look the same " as in the sales brochure

its "up charge" red and black pepper red? ThumbUp

won't get the icing & chrome rack till sept 8th --back ordered items

so I need to clock off 1,000 miles and take it back to tighten the nuts for $500

and then get the icing put on- arm rests/ rear bumper/ tour pack rack/ scuff pads /

motor left stock and quiet

pictures are available for 50¢ each to help defray the purchase price ...

this puppy cost twice what my first new house did in 1970 ---
with a GI loan ....
