I need to take LaNore (my 2015 FLRT) in for a scheduled service. But, the service guy, John at Lake Erie HD where I purchased her, told me they were back-logged for 3 to 4 weeks.....


Obviously this is NOT the time of year I am going to give up my ride for that amount of time. I wanted to just ride it and schedule an appointment, but John pretty much told me to check back later....was a bit RUDE about it on the call....bad day I guess????
I next went to LEHD's website to schedule a service appointment and did; but, the website stated that someone would call on it - haven't in about week as of yet.....
Do I need to go down there and plead? Am I shopping for another Dealer? I have been with Elyria HD (LE HDs fore-runner and LEHD for a number of years and bought several bike from them; and, I am a little taken back by the situation.
