Retired from the USAF in 1997 after 30 years' service. Did 14 years enlisted duty, then went to school on the GI bill and was subsequently accepted for OTS, so I did another 16 years as a Mustang.

Two Vietnam tours including A1H crew chief assigned to 1st Special Operations Squadron (1971-1972) forward operating location 1, Danang; then as operations officer, Joint Task Force - Full Accounting, Hanoi, PRV (1994). During that tour my unit repatriated 10 fallen brothers to their families.

Welcome home to my Vietnam Brothers and best regards to all who served, and still serve, our great country...

We told President Kennedy they were putting missals on Cuba and he let the Navy handle it. My only claim to fame is I was processing the film off the U2 that returned from Cuba the day President Kennedy was assonated. Least we not forget one of the greatest problem solvers in America graduated from the Air Force Academy, he landed a powerless plane on the Hudson river and all 155 soles on board survived. The USA could use a person of that caliber at the helm. A big OOOOAWA to all vets and active duty personal,
