With the TG in the shop, had to find other wheels to amuse me. One pic shows plane attacking me while I rollerblade. Other pic is of racers at Riverhead Raceway. Those cars look a little under powered. Flying back from Miami tomorrow. HD swears trike is almost back together and will be road tested today. So limo can just drop me right at them in afternoon. By an amazing coincidence, I left a helmet and plenty of straps for luggage on TG when I dropped it off. :qpnmt:

Is that the plane they have at the Calverton display next to the old airport? Every time I visit my son on Long Island, I'm always passing through that area.

And I had thought that Riverhead Raceway was closed. I'm glad it's not! ThumbUp

Good eye. That is exactly what plane it is. They have paved a bicycle path that goes behind the fence for 3 miles. And Riverhead Raceway is still going strong. I go there a couple of times each summer. FYI that airport seems to be used by a sky diving outfit now.

The funny thing is, these kids are making money making those cardboard cars and walking around. The drivers pay them to do it. Beats having a lemonade stand.
