Torques for belt adjustment.

Does anyone have all the torque specs associated with adjusting the drive belt on a 10 TG ?
I am having a heck of a time getting a SM for this thing. I finally ordered one from New Castle but they said it could be a while and I really need to adjust this belt.
I am hoping when I get the wheels off it will be obvious how it is done.

Adjustment Screw Jamnut 15 to 25 ft lbs
Pinch Block Screws 41 to 45 ft lbs
Lug Nuts 90 to 100 ft lbs
