One of my favorite places to eat is a little hole-in-the-wall off a side road of a side road in Tipton Ford, just outside Joplin, MO.
Really is a hole in the wall - It's name is Undercliff, and the place is built in a hole on the face of the cliff. The back wall is the rock face of the hill it is built into. For those warm summer days there is outdoor space to enjoy a drink from the bar and watch the bikes roll up, as they are very motorcycle friendly.They have great burgers, fantastic onion rings and The Best coleslaw I have had in a very long time.
