Well made an appointment at Larrys Sports Center to have trike tuned, is there anything I need to do or know, I have power vision on 2011 TRI.

Doug, the Power Vision has the capabilities to do a Basic Auto Tune with the OEM Narrow Band Sensors without putting it on a Dyno!! If you have the Auto Tune Module with the Power Vision, you can do the Pro version of the Auto Tune that uses the Wide Band Sensors.

I have a Power Vision on my 2013 Trike with the SE 120r crate motor installed and I also have the Auto Tune Module. I also have a Power Vision on my 2013 V-Rod Muscle w/o the Auto Tune Module. I have both bikes tuned and running awesome without being on a Dyno.

Just wanted you to know that you can tune your TG w/o experiencing the cost of the Dyno work - i.e. usually $300 to $400!!

Make sure its full of gas and the tire pressures are good, other than that its a pretty simple deal.

I had a Dyno done to mine after Cam,tuner,exhaust, etc. done before this winter and I didn't put new plugs in. They looked good before I took it to my Tuner Mechanic. Should I replace the plugs since the Dyno or leaved them alone?? or atleast if I do replace them, make sure the Gap on the new plugs be the same that he has on the old?:Coffee:

Plugs should be replaced every 5k miles. The sharp edge of the 6R12 wire when new gives you the best spark. Each time the plug fires it gives up a little metal. Eventually the edge of the plug wire becomes round and you don't get the same spark intensity. Always a good idea to check your gap

I got 9,000 miles on plugs. Time to change. Battery is reading 13.0 out of bike (winter) but is original battery on the 2010 triglide. Change that too, I guess.

Was that after a trickle charge or full charge? Some trickle chargers may not keep it up all the way.
A load test would determine the batteries health. But as you posted its 4yrs old. I would replace it for piece of mind.

:Agree: Piece of mind is worth the price of a new battery.

The Charge was with my HD Battery tender on it all winter long, with Battery on the
bench. It was Green lighted and supposedly ready. On my little Tester, it read Good.
But not all the way up the scale to the Best light of the tester. I will get it Load Tested at my local Battery place. Just second guessing myself here and wondering. They have
Dekka batteries and will get a Equal one. Thanks again for the info. back.:Coffee:

That's OK, They are Harleys so we understand.
The engines keep getting bigger but the HP doesn't seem to be going up?

I went and had my Battery "Load Tested". The Tech said it was Ready for another year!
He said that they have the same battery that HD puts out (Dekka) but now has a 400cca rating for $112 out the door. He said to look for Coupons this summer coming out;.
