Russell Day-Long Seat... Great!

Just want to report that I recently received my Russell Day-Long seat and took it for it's 1st long ride. Drove out to Wickenburg and back and spent about 4 hrs in the saddle. Not only is it a beautiful work of art, I had no more butt pain!!!

This is great because on my 2011 Street Glide Trike, I'd been through the factory, Ultra Glide, and Mustang 17" wide seats, and they all ended up hurting. An Airhawk helped, but now I can't wait for the next long ride.

Did you go to the factory or order it in?

I sent my old Ultra Glide seat in along with my size dimensions and a pic of me sitting on the trike. Service and delivery were great. No problem getting it on the bike either... it fit perfectly.

I sure thought about getting one, but didn't like the idea of riding all the way to the left coast for it. Ended up with a Ultimate King. It is more comfortable than the stock seat, but probably wouldn't match up to a day long. I'm tall and the stock seat put my knees into the dash. The king backs me up some.

4 hours or 12 hours, your seat will keep on feeling the same. Get back on the next day and do it all over again and it will feel like the first 4 hours. Congratulations on MONEY VERY WELL SPENT!
