I have mixed feelings on this.
I'm on Social Security, so I need those who are still working to stay healthy, and keep contributing.
On the other hand, I just may need an organ donor someday . . . . . . .

I just can't abide a helmet unless its cold out or required by law.

THAT is the definition of Quandary.
Personally, I do say and firmly believe in Helmets and the use thereof.
I cannot and will not say I wear one all the time.
