I want to play around with the rear shock setting on my 2005 Champion SA. It's at the lowest setting now and I want to get better response in the twisties. I'm able to get my hand up there with a shock wrench, but can't seem to get enough room or leverage to turn it. Is this something where I have to jack up the rear and/or remove the tires? Or is there a trick to this?

Much easier if you jack the rear to alleviate the weight off the suspension/shock.
Someone else with a Champ SA will need to chime in and tell you what jack-point to use.
Also easier to do if you remove the Wheel/Tire so you can easily get at the shock from the side (unless you jack it up high enough to get at it from underneath).

Yes...that works...I;m referring to the two shocks bolted to the frame and axle. I was hoping to be able to adjust without jacking it up...

I was afraid I'd have to do that.
