Has anyone seen the new TV show "We Are The Fugawis" ???? It's hilarious.

No killing, shooting, knifing, jailing, slapping, punching etc. Just a bunch of real life bikers that like to ride, eat and have fun. ThumbUp

I really got a kick out of the flush handle on the toilet. You have got to see that. :D

Yep, Great show, When i was a kid Growing up in Brooklyn, Back in the 50's i knew a bunch of neighborhood characters like that....ThumbUpThumbUp

Wasn't sure if it was going to be a good show or not. But by your comments, I'll watch the re-run and future shows. Especially being that I was raised in Brooklyn, lol.

Rich, then you're gonna love it.

Wouldn't be as funny without the accent. ThumbUp

Lol,,,. Every time I open my mouth down here in Virginia, they all know where I'm really from.

I can't hear my Brooklyn accent when I'm talking, but when I hear myself on a tape recorder, I sound like I'm working on the Brooklyn docks!! lmao!! ;)

What channel or network is it on? I can't seem to find it. Thx

I'm recording it, we are still on the road so I will catch up when we get home. Hope it isn't like all the other "red neck" shows that A & E, and the other cable networks are running where they have to have sub titles to understand what the hell they are saying.

History channel, right after Top Gear. 9 pm central daylight time.

Funny show, but I would be amazed if it's on for more than 3 or 4 weeks.

Good show, and I especially like the members-they are themselves, none of the posturing so typical in motorcycle programs.

Looks like a good show. Is there a place to watch re-runs? I missed the first show.

Just watched the first two episodes and canceled my season recording pass for the rest of the show. I don't speak Brooklyn or Italian so I'm not sure what they are saying, If I hear "Bustin my Baaaaaaallllls" again I'ma gonna puke. Something about a bunch of bad assed bikers spending 2 shows building a bathroom "in their cuts" just didn't make it for me. Neigher did the 2 San Diego shows about the Laughing Devils and the Sin Mob..... you disrespected me So I disrespected you so you can disrespect me and on and on and on....

Just saw my first episode. Funny, funny stuff. Wait, the club I was in years ago didn't have a bathroom either in clubhouse. Just had a funnel at the back wall (sort of indoor plumbing). Originally from Brooklyn also. Personally I think they are playing up the accents a little for the cameras.

I finally saw the first 2 episodes. As I mentioned previously, I'm also originally from Brooklyn. (Lived in Flatbush, Erasmus Hall High School and hung out with my cousins over in Red Hook by the Brooklyn docks). These guys do bring back some great memories as to how they act and carry on with each other. And that's aside from the motorcycle theme. ;)

Screwball, at least, for now, they aren't out looking to fight another club.
I guess it's kinda boring to some without any shootings, knifings rapings etc.
But I like watching a bunch of guys (even NYers) having fun.....I get enough violence in all the other TV shows I watch.

You were sure right about the Laughing Devils show. I immediately shut it off when the 2 clubs met in the alley to face off and started "pushing" each other and over acting. I about fell off my couch laughing - the problem was - it wasn't suppose to be funny.

I'm a west coast guy but you don't have to be from the east to appreciate this funny show. I am Italian though. LOL. Garyd is right at least its a clean show without all the biker club posturing.

After seeing that 1st episode, I set the DVR for repeats of others. Never taped. Show seems to have vanished THAT fast.

Only the first two episodes by me too. I was pissed when I didn't see it the next week in the TV guide. Maybe wasn't enough violence or nudity.

There use to be a Indian joke about the Fugawi indians. This is where they came up with the name I bet.
Nope, sorry. The came up with the name because they were a group of guys that kept getting lost, and having to make U-tuns to go back where they came from. Thus the Name Where the "Fugawi" stated with true NY slang!
