Just got back from stuffing our faces for NETT rally Friday night chowdown. 26 people at last minute. Restaurant P. Sams did great job accommodating us all.

The touring section of the rally left about an hour ago. Being in a truck, I don't have the patience to follow. Will meet in Kent mid-day. Besides, the wife was only waking up a couple minutes before they left. what does she think this is? A vacation?

Beautiful Day in the Peach State.... Low humidity , cool air.. NO rain .. Nice b'fast with the missus.. Then some curves , went to look at the new 2014 Harley's . more back roads. home, worked in the shop. Bake TWO cakes. whew, I'm tard....

Actually, we tackled him outside of the store. He tried to bite me but bit my wrist brace...and somehow ended up with a bloody mouth but the best thing was, he was wanted back east for second degree murder, armed criminal action, theft by credit instrument, resisting arrest, and fleeing and eluding. A very interesting day!

Quick update. For those at NETT rally. Dianne stumbled and took that fall hitting her head against that brick wall at hotel...The wall is fine.
Dianne, however, has 5 staples in her skull. They've given me directions for removing them in 1week (if she trusts me to). She should be fine.
We are close to getting out of hospital in Torrington. First rate emergency room. Going to just head straight to ferry.

She's blaming me for not nagging her enough to use her walker. And her discomfort will only be bad for next 2 days. She will be stuck home with me.
1/2 hr after we left hospital, we passed Bigdog right before he was exiting rt 8 for I-84. Gave him a big wave.

In direct contrast to CenTex: it never got BELOW 80* here! 98* now. We won't have temps like that for a other couple of months. Even shirtsleeve-weather for Thanksgiving!
