My sister-in-law has horses and she gets on her husbands trike a little different than anybody I have seen. Hey, do it the way it makes you feel comfortable as long as you get on. True?!

Always watching other co-pilots getting off and on; someday I'll figure out a graceful way to do it! Barb's method sounds as good as any! :wave4:

Good point Blondie Gal, I hop on because I am short. Put one foot on the peg and hop, maybe when I get to be 80, can't say 70, because I will be there in one more year, then I will have to figure another way to do it, till then, HOP! Just like a Bunny!

I step on my footrest, hitch my behind into my seat, then swing leg over John's backrest and wiggle back into place. Have flashbacks of gymnast on a pommel horse . . . But not nearly as graceful! Kinda the exact opposite of the dude in the YouTube video.

Good Saturday Morning TRIKE TALK/TOI Friends.....ThumbUp

Mornin' friends!
Skuuter, Mitzi, and gang.... have fun. Wish I was there too.

skuuter and TT members, have a great time riding.
Well, all the green grass is gone again. It snowed last night so it is a white wonderland out there.
But, it will be a nice day today, clear skies. Good Morning to All..Hope your weekend is a good one.
Leo3wheel, we did have crocus by the driveway, but they are covered with snow now. It was great to see them, even for a short time. I bet yours are gone by in NJ.
How about you Nana, have your crocus come and gone, I know Blondie Gal's are all done for the year, if they even have them in Texas?

Not many croci (?) here; but the blue bonnets should be bursting out any time. Somehow, they always show up the week before Easter, whether it is early or late. Didn't see any when we went to Austin on Thursday, but they'll peep out in a week or so, you can count on it! High here today around 90*, just FYI . . .

Let me explain how it works. When we turn the clock forward, we get an extra hour of daylight/sunlight. That is what causes the grass and croci and other flowers and tees to start growing again. Then in the fall when we set clocks back an hour, we take away that extra hour of daylight and that causes the grass to go dormant and trees to lose their leaves. So now ya know.

Oh, CC, you so silly! Your cute theory might 'splain O-hi-O, but how you gonna 'splain our Texas flowers that bloomed all winter? Didn't they turn their watches back? Payin' no tenshun to the CC Theory of Sunlightotivity. (Rollin eyeballs!) Still looooove y'all, tho!

Great Day for a ride today.... Hit 79 by the time we got home. Sunny a little breezy but nice... Went about 200 miles over hills and over Dales and I don't even know any Dales... oh well. Went to Pine Mountain Ga, and Warm Springs. For those who don't know about Warm Springs Franklin Delano Roosevelt built the Little White House in 1932 while governor of New York, prior to being inaugurated as president in 1933. He first came to Warm Springs in 1924 hoping to find a cure for the infantile paralysis (polio) that had struck him in 1921. Swimming in the 88-degree, buoyant spring waters brought him no miracle cure, but it did bring improvement.

Hope y'all have a great week-end see you on the other side..of the hill that is :)

Our flowers have been blooming all winter. The cactus's that we planted last fall didn't do too well this winter. Someone has been getting in my backyard every night for the last week and hanging popcorn on my plum tree. pepper pepper

Top Of the Morn!
My Irish roots are going green! Yes, today we have a St. Patty's Day Party along with the NASCAR race. Should be fun to root for the car who has Irish green, is it Jr., Dianca, or another driver? But here in New England we root for the Celtics!
Have a wonderful day and if you are going to drink, think before you take the wheel, you may hurt someone else.
Enjoy the GREEN DAY!
