I just noticed this post today. It is from a while back. I don't think it is nice to post articles like this since it does nothing more then provoke the Harley riders. HD makes a great bike and that is why they sell so many and have a real following. I myself don't like the noise they make, but on the other hand it DOES let the drivers know there is a cycle in the area. We are ALL motorcyclists and none of us are any better then the others. Some of us like family cars, some like hotrods and some like sportcars and convertibles. The important thing is that ALL of us love to ride. We are all created equal. The only difference is the "MAKE AND MODEL OF THE CYCLE."
Motogordo ( Gordon L. )
I drive a 2005 GL1800 Lehman Monarch II trike. Way back when, I also had a 1979 HD FLH in blue and it was FUN.
P.S. One really nice thing about the Harley's is the fact that they are MADE IN AMERICA. This is something that we should all be proud of. If you have noticed, even the so called RICE BURNERS are now being made here. Good luck to all the Harley riders. When you see ME, don't hesitate to wave. I always do the same for you guys. RIDE ON.....
If you have noticed, alot of the Harley riders dress slightly different then alot of us. It's no different then the days of the "Hippies." This is one of the things this country is known for. FREEDOM OF SPEECH and freedom to express ourselves.
I know this pic will seem funny to some, but I don't want the Harley riders to think that ALL of us who are not HD owners feel the same. Please don't take offense.
