How OLD are you...... really!

Turned 70 in Feb. converted my standard to a trike a yrear ago, ( Champion)
Was wifes suggestion, best thing I ever did, when one gets old you don't have as good of balance, trike will give me more yrs. of riding, every time I ride it I like it better. P.S. U-turns are a snap...lol

74 in March. Gave me a 2012 Electra Glide for my birthday. Dumped it a few weeks later. At the insistence of my sons I had a CSC conversion done. Love it. My 53 year old and I were roaming the Farm to Market roads north of Houston yesterday.

I'll be 65 in Sept. Been riding since 1968. Had a botched hip operation, left foot not functional. Bought a triglide (2011), best move I could make; put a pingle shifter, and went the Fulsac route for Stage I. All is well love the Triglide!

Just turning 59, on insulin pump. Needed joint replacement in right ankle but doctor cleaned it out, refused to do the major replacement due to diabetes, and length of healing. Been riding 27 years, Had a Venture first and loved it but 30" seat height, 29" inseam. Switched to new '85 FLTC, then new '91 FLHTC, then after retiring from Sheriff's Dept, ordered '05 Ultra Peace Officer model in solid Dk Blue, and a lot of chrome. Was going to keep riding, (against Dr's Advice) but wife refused to ride with me any more. Afraid I would go over because of her, and break my leg. So, my dealer got me a '12 Shrine Trike. Got it in March, little shaky at first, but love it now, Have Stage 1, and repackable mufflers. Right about things Harley says doesn't fit, but they do. Lift kit made all the difference in handling. Went to a fish fry with Patriot Guard at a different dealer, and guy directing parking, thought I didn't have reverse. Thought my trike was conversion because it is white, and he had never seen a Shrine model. Wife loves it too, because it has more room on back seat. She has not ridden since I added the trunk lift kit from tglide. She will love it. Also, bought a Mustang back rest for under $200 from Dennis Kirk, whole lot cheaper than what Harley sells, and matches seat, and very comfortable.

62 years young. Been riding since 15, moved to my retirement ranch that has a 2 1/2 mile long gravel road. Ever try to ride two wheeler with rider on a gravel road? By the time I hit the blacktop I was worn out. Traded for the trike and my gravel problems are over. Although I could do without the dust that gets all over. Wish I wouldn't of waited so long to get the trike.

Been riding sence 1956,Wed my little bride in June 1957,we converted to Motortrike in 2007.Traveling by motorcycle has been a tridition in our family & still is.Age related health has slowed us down somewhat, however we will not give up.

56 now, been riding since 16 with the exception of 10 years healing from head-on accident, which is why I am now on a trike. I missed the open road and had to get back out there, and the better half would only let me if it was on a trike.I love it and so does she which is even better.

I'm 54. Been riding since 2003. Decided to go from 03 ultra to 12 triglide. Felt I would have issues since I have been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. When I was diagnosed almost 10 months ago I thought my riding was done. But since I have been beating it back. Started out with tumor marker at 5,000 now down to 10. So since improving decided to trike. Other than slowing down in curves (experienced front wheel hop) I enjoy the added stability.
Still undergoing chemo and complete lifestyle changes. So I can reside every other week weather depending.
Planning a trip to Maine from long island by end of August.
I ride with my co-pilot, partner and wife of 32 years. She's 55 I like older women.

66 and will turn 67 in 1 month. Been riding off and on from age 25. No wrecks, but have dropped them 5-6 times either standing still, getting off, or turning around (never injured).

Triked my last bike about 5 years ago, and will never drop one again! I just bought a pull behind tent camper, so plan on using it soon.

Y'all are all a bunch of kids, I am 74 and still ride every week. I triked my 96 wing 3 years ago, just to prepare for when I really need it. I can still keep up with 2 wheelers and we love the mountains. Here in central NC we , wife and I, ride most of the year.
Currently have 98K miles on it..

I'm 58 and Sherry is 57. Been riding since 1965. First two wheeler was a Vespa 90 scooter. Have probably owned 100+ bikes since then with many exotics. March 2008,had a deposit down on a 2002 Boss Hoss bike with 502ci big block when our 2006 Boss Hoss trike fell into our laps. Even though it was the first trike I had ever ridden,we fell in love with it,immediately. With Arnott air ride,it rides like a car, handles great, has a huge trunk, and horsepower is definitely not a problem. All the other advantages of a trike apply, too. Our only regret is we didn't buy one sooner. No longer have any interest in owning a two wheeler. No health issues, either.

Left for Alaska on June 3rd with my son BKBLK06. I turned 72 on that 28 day trip. That was the final state that I could ride to, all 49 in the last 4 years. My son and I are in the begining stages of installing a Champion trike kit on my Wing. Now I plan to see all the states over again on 3 wheels. The wife and I just got back from a 6 day trip today. She loves to ride. I'am a lucky man. Be safe and enjoy the ride. Larry

56...Bin ridin since 7yrs old ..From Honda Z50s to the newest ,a Tri glide and 400 other HDs and Buells inbetween....Luvin IT!!!
Live to ride...ride to Live !!

59. Started riding at 15 (1968) with a used Honda 90 Scrambler I bought with the money I had saved from working since I was 13.
Then a used 68 BSA 650 Lightening (1971), then a new 75 Sportster, added a 72 Servicar, sold servicar because I never had the money to customize it due to being drunk all the time. Sportster became a basket case due to my being drunk all the time. Got sober and after 12 years sober got a new 94 EGUC.
Got the 09 Tri-Glide new because the wife's knees were bothering her getting on and off the EGUC after having had surgery twice on one knee and 3 times on the other.
Traded the 94 EGUC for a 10 EGUC because I ain't ready to quit 2 wheeling, but most rides with the wife are on the trike. And other than going to and from work most rides are with the wife since she retired the end of last year.
Now she is RED. (Retired and Extremely Dangerous)

Just turned 56...been riding since I was 7 on Honda Trail 70's...
Went through a few Hondas and Kawasakis.
Rode a Suzuki Thumper for 5 years...Love that bike...
First Harley, an 883 Custom in 2009
Fat Boy Lo in 2011...

Wife and I went to the TG a month ago so we could both enjoy it on longer trips and so I could talk my CPAP with us...I have Type 2 diabetes and am beginning to have problems with my left foot, so I don't really feel comfortable/confident on 2 wheels anymore....

I am 62--been riding since I was 12. Went to 3 wheels in 2002 because of knees and back trouble.
Would NEVER go back to 2 wheels---BUT---I go to Daytona twice a year , do the Harley demo rides and get my jollies that way.

Proudly turned 73 this year and wife is 71. No really long rides this year due to tragic death of my son. We did however, make it to Bike week and have ridden in five states. Plan to go up to New England in a few weeks to do some leaf peeping.

God has blessed us both with continued good health and we praise him for that daily.

Turned 59 in August... 2 wheels 42 years, hope to ride my new trike for many years. Still was riding 2 wheels too hard and fast, lower back disc deterioration, neck as well.

Tired of 2 up on a 800 lb bike plus passenger, rider and luggage. Love the relaxation of riding three wheels.
