wiring help

putting trike kit on 2001 ultra. can anyone help with the rear lite wiring connections or diagram?

welcome aboard. glad you joined us. Can you post some pictures of what you need to connect. I'm not familiar with your kit, but the wiring should be straight forward if I know what I'm looking at.

The kit came with two led taillites they are multi leds on a circuit board. they each have three wires red .green and back. the bike has the stock harness. I have idetified the wires on the bike and can get all functions but only one at a time.when I try to add say brake lite to running the all go out.

Sometimes if they are using a foreign lite the wires are not what we would think they should be. Try and see if the green is the ground instead of the black.

You already know the green is ground. It must be connected to the frame using a star washer for good contact.

The black and red are either running light or turn/stop.

If I remember correctly... black is turn/stop and red is for the running lights. Just hook one up and you will see. It won't blow a fuse.
