Windshield Vent Install

I have the tall Tulsa WS and would like to install a vent in it.

Any issues or "make sure you..." hints and tips ? Are the vent kits really only intended to be a replacement for WS's already having the install and just need replacing?

Yes...on the replacement question.

I'd hate to think of cutting out a vent hole..not impossible, but Id be careful doing it or bye-bye Tulsa Tall. Maybe use a Dremel tool with a diamond wheel (I buy mine at Harbor Freight in the 4 pack) or a cutout bit and some blue masking tape & a sharpie marker. If you do the install please take pictures and post a how to/how NOT to! ThumbUp

I just replaced a windshield that had a vent with one the dosen't and really can't tell that much difference.IMHO If I had to have one I would just buy one with the vent in it and start over.RIDE SAFE
