Built for the track, but i put a street motor in it, drive it once in a while, thanks for the kudos.

no glass, no headliner, no carpet, bare floor, no windshield wiper, set back firewall, 8 point roll cage, no gas gauge, 5mpg with a lead foot. epper:

Stock long block with cam springs, cam gridle intake hedders alum water pump hell it burns 87 octane, hahaha

456 strange rear with mmm, 3 point bars 4 wheel disc brakes, fiberglass front rear deck lid floor cut out, on an on, and trunk cut out, original corvette grill. Ton of fun.

Finally!

Finally got my 1979 FLH Shovelhead "Bobber" up and running and street legal. It had been idle in the garage for 7 years. Only thing I need to do now is replace the tires. They have less than 500 miles on them but are 9 years old so can't trust them for anymore than a short run around town. They look new but of course I can't see the inside. A fun change from the trike every once in a while.

Cool! When I was in High School back in the 60s I worked part time at the local Chevrolet Dealer and I was a licensed state inspector. I had to road test the new cars before we could put an inspection sticker on them and I got to drive a few Corvettes, Camaros and Chevelles. Best job I ever had!
