Next time add fresh sliced mushrooms , diced carrots and celery. 86 the package and use chix broth . Broth boil the carrots and celery first then add the noodles and schrooms after 15 min . Gooooood !

The key to some really good chicken is to throw it out for the dogs and grill up a nice pork chop.

Remember to remove the chicken bones first….

I forgot to post these after Cinco de Mayo, I got the chicken and Chorizo, and the Mrs ended up with a chicken in Mole sauce, they were both delicious along with a couple of Margaritas.
