Whats for Supper?

New Year’s Eve

Some have a special to celebrate 🎉 on the Eve or the day .

My Eve special is leftover ravioli lasagna with a lettuce salad . Yup — BORING , and no pix .

Whats yours

Roasted chicken breast chicken gravy, cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes covered with enough butter to satisfy a burn unit….👍

Pork, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, black eyed peas and corn bread.

Our traditional New Years meal. Pork, sauerkraut, and mashed potatoes is a Northern thing. Black eyed peas and corn bread is Southern from my wife's family from Texas. Didn't get a picture of it plated so took some pics from the pots and pans after the delicious meal.

HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!!!

Looking good Sully, ABT's are great, I like the idea of the Vienna sausages you did.

Boneless Leg of Lamb, first time trying it, came out really good.

Getting lots of a herbal rub on it

Took about 2 hours to get to rare at a temp of 225
