Pork, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, black eyed peas and corn bread.

Our traditional New Years meal. Pork, sauerkraut, and mashed potatoes is a Northern thing. Black eyed peas and corn bread is Southern from my wife's family from Texas. Didn't get a picture of it plated so took some pics from the pots and pans after the delicious meal.

Boneless Leg of Lamb, first time trying it, came out really good.

Getting lots of a herbal rub on it

Took about 2 hours to get to rare at a temp of 225

My Mother would make a Beef Braciole with a hard boiled egg Italian spices parmesan cheese and coved in tomato sauce .....Its been 40+ years since I've had it..(Crying)..
