At Xmas of 2018 ,I got my daughter , family of 4 , one of those instant pots. So the last time she was here I asked how it was. “ used it twice, now it’s in the garage on a shelf” . After seeing infomercials on them , but didn’t want to get one , I stole my daughters.
Of corse the insert and owners book is MIA . But I have the interweb power !
Spare ribs in 35 minutes ? Compared to 1.5-2.5 hrs ? Got to try this thing out.
Did the dry rub , in the fridge thing for 24hrs , cup of apple juice , a lil vinager , and liquid smoke in the machine , push the button , and away we go.
When done put them on a metal tray , mop with BBQ sauce and broil till sauce starts to bubble.
Got to admit, they turned out grate :clapping:. Pork shoulder roast will be next week’s experience.

Bought my wife on for Christmas...fries, bakes, steams, pressure cooks...we love it!

I bought myself an Instant Pot a few years ago. I use it a lot.
Steel cut oats in mason jars are delicious, I make several variations. I found the directions for the oats and lots of other really good things, like chicken lettuce wraps on this site https://www.tidbits-cami.com. I cook the chicken for the wraps, freeze what is left in small containers for several meals. Cami has an e-book that I purchased which is really helpful.
Neat Idea, don't know what I want to put on it yet ??
