Fox news announced last night that California has passed a law that teenage prostitutes will not be arrested because they do not want to give them a record. So it's better that the teenagers get picked up by a john that murders them, or gets them involved in drugs or more serious crime, or beat up by the older hookers because they don't want the 8, 10 ,12, 14 or 15 year old competition that are now legal.
