I know I'm a little prejudiced, but I swear this is about the best forum Ive ever been involved with. I was thinking about what I like about it and I guess my answer is pretty much everything! What is it you like about this place?

Oh my.... I am up to about three closely written legal sheets of reasons I love this forum! I will give just one reason that I notice keeps popping up again and again in my mind:

There is almost no attitude of "mine is better......" here. Of course we have chosen our own because we want IT; but we truly celebrate every size, shape, brand, and style of trike, and enjoy the equally unique and special owners that come with them!
It is the members we get here that are so wonderful!!!

Was that two reasons? or one. Oh well :D

Well I like it here for a few reasons,
There is no arguing on here or complaining about the rules on here like some other places and a well managed place to be,
it seems to me that we all get along and enjoy each others company and sense of humor, I like all the pics of the trikes and people and the idea's of all on here,
Just a great place to be and enjoy all on here,
The best place I was invied to be a part of.,grinn

Easy

Dark and problematic souls can't break the positive attitudes of the membership like other forums. I keep trying but Nana just spanks me. She must think I'm into corporal punishment by now. :D:D

I'm pretty new here, but the welcome I got when I joined was better than anywhere I've been, and I did quite a bit of lurking here and elswhere before siging on. Love the lack of attitude and no matter what you ride (in fact when I joined I didn't even have a ride yet) the posters here will answer questions, give advice and send you in the right directions if you get here with an equal attitude.

This also is one of the easiest sites to navigate that I've found for a newbie.

I like the members we have. and agree with Nana about the mine is better than urs thing. I think there are a lot of very nice trikes out there, some I would like to own some I would not. Some are works of art.

I know we pick at each other about Harley and Goldwing but that is all in fun and usually everyone gets a good laugh out of it. We all know that Red is the best color. :D and yellow is a sissy color..... So U see it is real easy to get a long here.

I also like the fact that U can get a honest answer, it might not be what U want to hear but U asked...

I also like the fact that you can suggest something and it is not blown off, like Spritdream requesting a place for ur facebook name on ur profile and it was added... Very good job admin.....

Ride safe and enjoy......

Well as has been previously stated the no attitude about you being better than anyone else is the #1 reason I like this site over others I belong too. A true feeling that no matter what you ride but that we do ride. Sure would be a boring world if we all agreeded on all things. Not going to happen..#2 reason was accepted from the get go, no questions about squat. Being treated as equals is truly amazing Enough. Thanks for letting me belong, and participate in Trike Talk!!

I like this forum because it is about Trikes! Not two-wheelers! I get real tired of two wheelers talking about trikers! We are a great bunch of people!

This is the nicest forum I have ever been on..no nasty people, no, my harley is better than your Honda, the men will talk to the women about trikes, where on other forums they won't answer your questions and hope you go away because motorcycling is a man's game and not a womans..I felt comfortable the moment I came on the forum..people want to be your friend here..a big Thanx to Smoken Joe for telling me about you beautiful people..BoomBoom

You can make a mistake here and not be beat down. Sometimes we post things that we think are absolutely correct. The error is pointed out with friendship not by being nasty. And all the rest of above.

The emoticon says it for me...I've only been on this forum a few days, and
therefore still have L-plates hanging around my neck... (Oh, to explain
that last comment. A learner driver in Oz must
display a yellow 'L' plate on his vehicle, not sure if it's the same in the States)

Anyway, the short time I've 'waddled' about the various topics, I do really like
what I see. As others have already posted, it's friendly, helpful and has a large
number of contributors from all over the world.

Our local forum in Australia has the odd one or two internationals occasionally drop
in for a quick look, but is minute in comparison to this forum... Well done to those
who are responsible for moderating and running this board.

Everything!!! It's become my second home (Facebook games may take over now & then, but I keep coming back here! ;))

I'm a mod on a couple of other forums, and I'm ashamed to admit I am slacking in my duties because I can't get off TrikeTalk!!

This is my first time in here. I bought my HD TriGlide last August and put 5,000 miles on it before we had to put it away for the winter. I live here in Iowa---boy do we have the snow. Since I'm new to this, I will have to wait to see what I like about this forum. Hopefully you can all give me some pointers for riding next spring. I had a HD Dyna Low Rider but could never get confident on it in traffic--always felt it was to heavy for me. I didn't always like to ride behind my husband so decided to spend the kids inheritance and get the TriGlide. So far I absolutely love it and can't wait to get back on it.

Hello Glenda, and Welcome to TrikeTalk!!!!! You will find you soon feel very much at home here, so join the fun. Happy to hear you like your triglide so much! They are beautiful, and we have a number of happy triglide owners here. You are among friends!

Like family. I dido all the above. Nobody bad mouths anyone. Great bunch of people . No brand or type Loyalty. And for me during my ruff time it was therapy... Thanks

Welcome Glenda. post some pictures of your ride. With 5000 miles under your belt you are okay.

Hmmm...Why do I like TT?

What's not to like? :)
I like trikes, this site is about trikes.
I like good folks, this site is overwhelmed with good folks. It's a good thing!
Don't like attitudes, people here only have good ones.
Like to help others if I can, and it's good to be helped if (when) needed. This site will do that.

Add all the reasons in the previous posts.

The only thing I come close not to liking is that there are so many people joining up so quickly (that's another good thing!) it's hard keep up!

So welcome everyone! Hope to see you soon on the road!

One thing I like is the lack of attitudes. Like Redneckray says no arguing or complaining about the rules.
Everyone seems to be willing to help out when they can. I am on a forum in Brazil, I have to use a translator which doesn't work all that great, but they all get along well and are always trying to help each other out without arguing and bickering. This is about as close to that forum as I have seen....

I like everything about Trike Talk! All about TRIKES, I love it! I found this forum by accident while searching for something....don't remember what (blond). I now check it almost everyday. I've steered some others on to it and they since joined up.
Sometimes it's not too busy and no new posts but I'm sure as the weather warms up there will be. Good God, when we will ever get back to riding! Cabin fever is about to eat me up! Great people on here!

I like the overall format of the site some are out dated , all trikers are welcome here ,even us wierd V-dubbers:D its a cool place to hang when the weather wont let you ride:yes:

Oh dear! :groan:
You V-dubbers are Weird???????
How did we ever let you in then!!!

LOL. All I've seen from you guys so far is wonderful. Maybe I need to check..I might be weird too...
:clan:

I like TT because:

I"m not considered an old geezer or geezerette because I ride a trike!
I fit in with everyone here!

I can ask a question and know it will never be considered dumb, or at least I won't get a sarcastic answer!

I feel at home. Thank you Trike Talk!

Since I am relatively new to TT and still waiting the arrival of our trike,it may get here this week.
I have found that this forum is great place to find answers to lots of question I had about riding 3 wheels. This place offers a wealth of information for new riders and everyone is more than willing to give advice. I love all the pictures and following along the posts that are building their own trike. Overall you get 2 thumbs up! :wtg:
