What about Alarm Systems?

As you may have read from my many recent posts, I am getting my 07 Venture Triked.

While in Branson a couple of years ago at a Rib place, I glanced out the window to see a Family with kids admiring my bike and trailer setup. Of course I was a Proud Papa! - That is until I saw the 10ish year old boy starting to climb aboard with his father's assistance!! Well I jumped up to head out the door and they saw me get up and quickly abandon their goal. And yes I 'talked' to them about it. (I made a scene)
Anyways, I am considering getting one of those 'proximity' type alarms that they make for cars with a fob that let's me know AND gives an audible alarm such as 'please step back from this vehicle' or something like that.
I'm sure some will say I am being over protective, but I think it is what I want. This is a HUGE investment for me and I don't want it messed with.

Do any of you have an alarm on your trike?

I don't have an alarm.
What works for me is I carry a half cover.Keeps the seat from getting too hot and no one can climb on or push buttons.Takes about 2 minutes to put on and at about $40 is a lot cheaper than alarm system.Takes up very little space in bottom trunk.
