Warranty on Love Jugs Mighty Mites?

Does anyone know what the warranty is for the Love Jugs Mighty Mites? I bought them for my '17 TG (pretty sure from Papa Zook) and this morning I noticed that the front fan was not working... back one is fine. Cannot locate any of the info on exactly when I purchased them, so I am going through my bank statements now to try and locate.

Second question; If I need to buy, can I get just the replacement fan instead of the complete unit?
