voyager trike kit

Hey Mike,

:welcome: to Trike Talk from South Florida.:wave4:

Good luck with your new kit and the installation.ThumbUp

Make sure pre load the rear wheels. Place rear wheel of trike on a piece of wood 1" thick loosen the kit and set both voyager wheels on the ground and then tighten rear bracket. Check this every 1,000 miles. Rear wheel will wear out quickly . Front end is very heavy to steer. ( much harder than a trike ) do not even dream about a rake kit. Check for broken welds periodically. ( very few 100 miles. ) mine broke a few times. I finally took it to a welder and had it all reinforced.. Trike tips opposite of normal bike. Go easy for the first 500 miles . Try it in a parking lot or neighbor hood first go slow .

Be Very Careful with Voyager Mike!

:pepper:Hi.. I just bought a voyager kit yesterday.. cant afford a conversion. tips and tricks?????

I bought a brand new Honda Goldwing Valkyrie motorcycle and had a BRAND NEW Voyager trike kit installed by one of its authorized dealers.

Trike has been used less than 2 years and less than 15,000 miles and the tubular steel frame IS DEFECTIVE AND HAS COMPLETELY BROKEN.

Voyager refuses to stand behind its product. It is defective and broken, and I am going to have to file a lawsuit against them to get my trike fixed. They won't stand behind their own product and they will not fix my trike which is in their headquarters in Illinois. BEWARE OF VOYAGER TRIKES !!!!!
