02 HD softail Voyager Kit

MTC VOYAGER PROVIDES LITTLE OR NO/ZERO/NATHA/NEGATIVE SUPPORT AFTER SALE.. A VETERAN hand-me-down. will never buy anymore MTC Voyager products if I don't have to. Have 02 HD Fatboy, purchased a used kit off of a 05 softail Heritage.

Does ANYONE have a PDF installation manual? For MTC Voyager's reputation, I can't find a (PDF) copy of installation manual. It just bothers me to have spent this much money without any continued support (on line, downloadable instructions). People's circumstance, abilities and life changes. But I can't find any support or material for a 2002 softail fatboy.

I called once to ask about serial #s and they acted like I was bothering them. Does ANYONE have PDF version? website has links to pre-load instructions, BUT NO installation manuals. Starting to wish I went with another company. For $2k more could have gotten an almost complete rear drive assy. Poor value considering lack of support.

:wave4:WELCOME FROM MONTANA:wave4::clapping::clapping: CAN'T UNDERSTAND MTC'S LACK OF HELP. I BOUGHT A USED "A" MODEL OFF A HARLEY AND CONVERTED IT FOR USE ON MY KAWI. HAD TO BUY A NEW MOUNTING PLATE. MTC WAS SUPER HELPFUL. STAY AFTER THEM & GOOD LUCK!!!

Fred, have a look here, have you tried this phone number?

What do I need to change my Voyager kit to a different motorcycle?First, you need to make sure that the motorcycle you change the Voyager kit to uses the same frame size (A,B,C,D) as the motorcycle the Voyager kit is removed from.Second, you need to purchase a mounting hardware kit specific to your motorcycle.Third, you may need to purchase different size Voyager suspensions forks and/or leaf springs for the Voyager to fit correctly on your motorcycle.

If you have any questions call Motorcycle Tour Conversions, Inc. at (877) 434-7901. Necessary information includes the year, make, and model of the motorcycle the Voyager kit separates from and the Voyager serial number if available. Also, the year, make, and model of the motorcycle the Voyager transfers to is necessary.Motorcycle Tour Conversions, Inc. guarantees and warrants no transfer upon any non-directed, custom Voyager modification.
