Next week I'm heading to Murray, KY to visit the fine folks at Hannigan. :pepper: Can't wait to meet the people who have been assisting me from afar. Hopefully I'll be able to get a few pictures of my trike while they tweak a list of things to make it right.:clapping::clapping: Will post some pictures once I return.

Also found out some old Air Force friends live only 20 miles from Murray so will be able to hook up with them for some catch up time. I know lots of life changes for us all since we were stationed in Germany 20+ years ago.

I'll be flying into Nashville and renting a car. Hating to burn a weeks vacation this early in the year and especially since it's not riding season..... would much rather save my time and ride.

At least I will get to witness everything on the punch list get taken care of and also will have the chance to ask questions about my conversion to the "experts"!!

Finally supposed to snow here on the day I fly out..... go figure..LOL Thinking positive thoughts for the entire trip!:DThumbUp

we live 41 miles from Murray. when we go that direction we stop in and say hi to the Hannigan Folks. we bought a sidecar rig yrs ago from them during our Gold Wing days in the mid 90s.
they are great people.

Are you doing a new conversion or just a freshening up?

The people at Hannigan are great. They are friendly and take care of the customer. I was there when they were building my kit then went for the 40th reunion. Later I was there for some minor adjustments and another visit. I cannot say enough about the way they take care of you.

Wife and I were there when we were deciding which conversion to buy.
Got there about 11a. Was given a complete tour of the facility and then given a brand new Wing/Hannigan to test ride.
Told us, "We usually close about 5P, be nice if you could be back about then!"
Didn't near that long to decide the Hannigan was the one for us!

We met the Hannigan people at WD in Madison, Wi, 2 years ago.
My good friend "Wheels" introduced us to the group and then had lunch at Culvers.
Then last year, our Friends on Wheels group, had a rally near the factory and I set up a tour of the company.
Wow, what a interesting place. If I had to buy another trike, they would get my business.

Clint, they are working on my "punch list" of stuff that didn't get done or has issues. first thing they found was the left tire was toed in 1"............

Great crew there at Hannigan. I'm sure everything will be in order when they finish it this week.

Are you riding it back north?
Sounds like that infamous installer didn't do you any favors...

No Pete, I'm already home. It should be coming back sometime this week.

Probably won't get it back to the house until I can get it in my basement. Not going to drive it thru snow, salt and mud.
