Good info Kevin. I carry some spare bolts with extra lock and flat washers, I triple nut them to keep it together in my bag. I have seen a fair share of rs tranny bolts falling out (most of them were from exhaust brackets bolted to the side cover) I have also seen missing exhaust flange nuts on many bikes / trikes

I carry an extra allen bolt for the cheap air cleaner cover. Only Harley would use a cheap aluminum bolt there. I had 3 failures before I got smart and started using a steel allen bolt
