Vendors at Eureka Springs Trike Talk Rally

Wanting to know if there will be any vendors showing their goods at the rally and if so will they be at the host hotel?

I heard or read somewhere that there is a possibility that a representative from SeeThroughBraz might be there. As far as them setting up as a vendor I don't know.

These events are more of a member meet-n-greet than a rally, so we don't really solicit vendors unless they are sponsors, who are all welcome to participate. SEE THROUGH BRAZ will be coming and at least one trike manufacturer and one other sponsor/vendor have expressed an interest in coming. I wouldn't mind seeing a good pin-striper there either if anyone knows of one who is available.

I am on a committee for an event in October, and the subject of vendors comes up at one of our meetings almost every year. We too do not have vendors, but the opinion was that if someone had something to sell that was thier own lookout, and if they needed a place to set up a display they could negotiate that with the hosting hotel on thier own, though we had locked up the indoor open space for our information tables and product line. We let the hotel know they were not an official part of our group, and our negotiated rate for rooms didn't apply to vendors. Most vendors lost interest when they had to pay full price for a room (last year we negotiated $70/night total for attendees, regular rate per night was $108+tax) plus whatever the hotel wanted to charge for "booth" space in the parking lot. Plus there are usually city business licenses and sales taxes to be collected and paid if something is sold. I think it may be different if the folks were TT sponsors coming for "informational purposes".
