Having a Valkyrie-based Trike, I cannot be sure what is stock Valkyrie and what has been changed. So. I am finding the foot pegs way too short, and also the brake pedal. In my bike days, I had foot pegs that were maybe 150-175mm (6-7") long and a brake pedal that sat under the foot, with my foot pointing forward. The pegs on my trike a re very short (100mm?...4") and I find myself sitting with my feet sticking out from the trike body...it's either that or keep my foot poised over the brake pedal and be touching the exhaust cover. In the more relaxed position..feet hanging out, to brake, I will have to my foot and land on the brake pedal. OK. In a car I haver to lift from the accelerator and onto the brake pedal. But the brake pedal here is tiny and my (not very large) foot fouls the lower engine.
Is there a picture of stock Valk (or is it cool to say Kyrie?
) pegs and pedals? Or should I post a pic of my pedals etc and somebody can tell me if they are stock? I ask because if they are not stock and stock are longer, then it's an easy choice to look for stock stuff.
The trike does have highway pegs, which are fine. But not for everyday use in traffic!
