Uploading Pictures to an Album

I've created an album for pictures of my trike that is currently empty - have been trying to upload photos to it, but keep getting the following message, even if I attempt to load only one photo of small size:

'This photo exceeds your total album file-size quota by 115.5 KB..'

From searching previous posts it appears there have been some changes in the site that have led to some picture posting challenges over time, but I'm wondering if anyone has any current advice?

Mike, Zook is in the process of changing the Hosting Service and the Host Server over to a "Mac-Daddy Caddy" System/Service. He said before that the Album feature (Sig Pic and others as well) has been disabled for the time being to ease that process on sweeping the data over. The process is nearing the end and will soon be not only back online but much better and more capable.
It's not You or anything you are doing, it's the switch over.
You can go to the "Announcements" section of the Forum and many such Issues & Questions are addressed and answered there.

Hope this helps and others may have more to add.
