TT Rally V 2012 REGISTER ONLINE!

We have created a webpage and link below for next year's Rally In The Valley V. This will provide rally information, allow members to register online (free), and prepay for meals at the same time.

The dates, lodging details and contact numbers, along with rally and meal registrations are available online. The site will be updated regularly to provide other information such as schedule of activities, rides routes, rally t-shirts, drawings, etc.

We appreciate everyone who has helped make these rallies happen and rely heavily on volunteers and your support during the rally. If you have any ideas or want to volunteer for the rally support team, we'd love to hear from you. Please email us or use the contact us form online.

Those who previously posted on Nana's thread about hotel reservations made for next year's rally, I encourage you to register online as well. Anyone who enters the site can also view the members who have registered.

It's never too early to plan for next year - especially those who have to schedule their vacations. We are so excited to get together again!

Hi Cheri!!!!!So good to see you here (?) !!! I just tested the site and it worked. What you may have to do is to delete cookies and clear temp internet files. If that does not work, turn off your pop up blocker, or hold down the control key as you click submit. By the way, were you able to fill out the form and just got the error when you tried to submit? At what point did you get the error message?

This is the first error report I have received. Try the steps above, if it does not work, still, just give me the name of your company.

Now that I'm a little more awake and not doing 3 things at once....the error message I was getting was n "500-Internal Server Error", and it was through the "Contact Us" section on the registration page (the one next to the Meal Prepay section). I was able to pay for my meal with no problems, but wasn't able to "contact" - the error was after I clicked the "Submit" button. I was able to use the Contact Us section through the Volunteers page without a problem too (you can just delete that message, by the way - it was just a test. LOL).

However, this morning I got curious and checked the Guest Book, and I guess THAT'S where I was supposed to "register". Hope so, because I just did!! :laugh:

Cheri - I just checked that particular contact us link, did a test submission and it went through without any errors. Please try again and tell me if it still does not work.

Girl, I'm as anxious as you are for the next TT Rally, but gimme a break and let us have some nice (cooler) weather first! We had 90 days of over-100 degrees; can't take another summer for a while!!

Hopin' for 400 folks to show up in Maggie Valley next June, tho . . . !! Just think of all the nametags! . . .

Sorry about your weather but cooler, nicer weather for you means cold & snow is coming for me - and I DON'T want it anymore!!!! John won't leave TX - my hubby won't leave this house. Wouldn't be so bad if I could afford to retire and not have to go out in it. Oh well, someday.....maybe.....:laugh:

We've figured out that the rally website is best accessed using Firefox browser. Thats why we couldn't find a problem and most visitors there don't have a problem. It doesn't seem to like IE8, Safari and maybe some others. Same thing with the forum site. Firefox seems to work best here too.

*** LONG FRIDAY RIDE ROUTE "PREVIEW".....Next Year's Friday Route will take in some pieces of the Blue Ridge Parkway, Nantahala Gorge, Smokies Park, Wayah Road Area, and Towns like Cherokee, Bryson City, Franklin, Robbinsville, North Carolina, and Townsend, Tennessee...some Roads will include Hwy 19, Hwy 74, Hwy 28, Wayah Rd, Hwy 129, "The Dragon", Foothills Parkway, Hwy 321, Hwy 73, Little River Rd, Hwy 441......not necessarily in that particular order...already made a few scouting trips, and still finalizing everything.....It will be a GREAT ROUTE....."TRUST ME".....

If you look through the RALLIES & RIDES section of the forum, you'll find pictures and discussion about earlier rallies that will give you a sense of what fun we have. You'll find this is not the "traditional" rally (think Sturgis or Daytona, etc.) but more of a family reunion feel. Good times!

Your meal vouchers were sent to you via email on 09/30/11. Please see copy of sent email below. Please check your old mail - I have no notification of that email being returned due to some error.

Nevertheless, I will be more than happy to re-send them to you if the email got deleted.
