Trunk Relocator Kit

Robert, a trunk relocator kit will not work with a CSC Goldwing DCT tike conversion as there is no place to attach the relocator brackets/hardware as the rear subframe tubing assembly, which formerly had the tour trunk and side bags mounted to it, is removed when the trike is converted (on all trike conversion brands). Unlike a Honda Goldwing DCT two-wheeler, the trunk location is set at the factory via four pre-drilled holes on top of the trike body. These holes set the body back about 1 1/2 inches from the original trunk location. To move it further back there would need to be 4 new holes drilled in the top of the trike body.

See pics below showing spacing. (This pic is before the CSC filler pad was installed)

It will work, but... I installed the Kury kit on my 2019 to move the truck back for more room for my "bigger" girlfriend. It gives a decent amount of room but there is a "cushion" that slips in between the seat and the backrest and it looks a little goofy. If you look close you can see it in these pictures. Girlfriend loved it, me not so much...PXL_20230819_225217697.jpgPXL_20230819_225158310.jpg

How secure is the trunk afterwards? Any shaking? Did you have to fabricate anything to make it work?

No fab work needed but it is a little fiddley to make it all fit. There is a plastic extension that fits under the trunk and it didn't work well with the CSC trike body so I just left it off, you could hardly notice unless you knew what you were looking at. I never noticed any shaking of the trunk any more than it did before?

Do you still have the girlfriend or is the cushion gone?
