triple tree rake

Hi trikers.....ok I know this has been aswered 1000 times...BUTTTTTT

Im having my 03 road king converted witn an American trike kit....sooo Im having a friend thats a H-D mech. do the trees to save a few bucks...what Im asking is...what deg. do ya think I should go with on the trees? ( 3....3.5......4.....4.5....5 )...Im thinking a champion tree set

Zook says no more than 4.5 degrees for a HD rake. I did 4.5 on my Road Glide with Champion kit and love it. Ted

Hi Tony,

FWIW,
I have a 07 Road King with a Motor Trike conversion.
I have stock rake and have no problem.

That being said, I haven't ridden any others for comparison, but mine seems fine the way it is----
