GGI Room Now Available

Some issues have come up and Letty and I won't be able to attend the rally this year. I just called Karina and cancelled my room reservation so there should be an open room unless GGI keeps a waiting list.

We had a great tie last year with plans to attend this year but life has a way of changing your plans for you. As far as I know now, no one from our club will be attending this year due to relocations for various reasons, broken trikes, health reasons, etc. We do hope y'all have a great time. Maybe next year. Ken.

Allen, roadrunner1800, our resident Vermonter is willing to lead rides on Friday, and/or sat. hes staying at his house 40 miles away and traveling back and forth, he is wondering if anyone will be riding with him and on which day or days. He also has said a vt. farmer he knows that lives down the road and used to ride has invited us to stop by his farm. It'll make the old couple happy to get some company for a little visit. I'm game.

I want to warn everyone that rte. 91 has construction and possible lane closers in Springfield, ma. area.

I just went to Bethel, NY to the site of the Woodstock Concert. The route on returning was on 91 North up to the Bernardston exit. Seemed to be clear sailing about 73 mph all the way from the Mass Pike North, but that leaves a section of hwy. south of there to the CT border which I cant vouch for. Jonesy may be talking about that 10 mile section.

that stretch from pike to ct. is what I'm talking about. at night is real bad in springfield, mostly by 91/291 interchange.

Seems like every time I have ever gone that way that stretch of road has been under construction or the traffic is at a dead stop.

As luck would have it last year I had to take 3 vacation days. We had the medical emergency on Fri. Got there late Sat. This year not coming and they gave me Fri ,Sat ,Sun and Mon and Tues. Off.. Have a surprise birthday party on Sun to attend so can't even skip up for a day. Looks like the weather is going to be better than last year.
I am getting together tonight with a group that is passing through here. Going out to dinner. Will be nice to see some familiar faces . Then tomorrow morning 4 or 5 trikes are meeting here to ride off. Will get to spend some time with them . I wish some of the NJ ,Del and Penn group could have joined us here too.

Wow what a great weekend you guys picked this year. 8.00pm we are in the pool is 80 air is 78 deg. No rain in sight. Thank God, better than last year. Pictures.? .

What a change from last year. Hit 95 today and not too humid. Hope you are having the same luck. Sure the year we don't go and it is the is the best. No rain warm no humidity.

Yes, it was a great weekend. We did get showers later in the days, but plenty of sunshine for our rides. The air was clean and cool, beautiful! Great seeing everyone!
