Had a very good experience at Volunteer Cycle and Trikes in Sevierville, TN today. I went in with only a couple of questions, and they ended up going above and beyond. Having an older Lehman conversion, and being a first time trike owner, my knowledge is limited. Rather than tell me what was needed, they took my bike in the shop and showed me what was going on. There was no real issue, but now I understand what is best for my bike. They took my trike back in the shop, jacked it up and adjusted the pre-load on my shocks and inspected the brakes. They also gave me some much needed (proper) cotter pins for the rear brake calipers, which mine were missing. They handle all makes of trikes and bikes.
