Decided after reading / learning much about trikes, I'd join this helpful group.
Last week, on a trip to south Texas, I found a '99 Valkyrie w/ MT kit. Belonged to an older couple, had not been ridden much, only 12k miles... so as I'm a sucker for Valk's ( current ride is a '97 bumble bee ) I brought it home.
Going thru it now, carbs done, will do the bottom maintenance this week-end, grease shaft, check dif oil level, replace timing belts...
It's a pleasure bringing one of these really fat ladies back to the road.
