Whos in the market for a new or used trike or conversion now or down the road? What would you get? Whats your dream trike when you do buy or build one? Turn Key Trike or Conversion? New/Used? Make/Model of Bike? Conversion Brand? Just curious what everyone is thinking.

If I was in the market for a new one it would be a 1800 gold wing with a Hannagn trike kit, but I will stay with my 96 1500 with a 06 Lehman kit.

For the heck of it a Boss Hoss 32 Ford body. or A Harley CrossBones converson would like Lehman to do the conversion. the springer front forks would have to be raked. Would like the box to look like a older service car. Zook can this be done?

The rakes are available for the springers now and as far as the box like the old servi-cars yeah it could be done custom but would cost some money. It would be a real nice blend of old look and new running gear.

Not sure which direction I'd jump if I was in the market for a new one. If I had to buy a new trike right now I'd be looking hard at a GL1800 with a Motortrike or Hannagan kit on it.

I'm not in the market yet, but when I go for a new one down the line I will seriously consider a V-rod trike. I dislike the look of them on 2 wheels, but DANG!!! they make a fine trike!!! :D I'm not sure how many of the kit manufacturers work with V-rods, but I think Motortrike and Hannigan do. I'd have to see which one I liked best.

Do to my bad hips I need to go to a trike and I already have a SilverWing so I am thinking along the line of a Trinity Trike kit. I live just south of them so it would not be much of an inconvenience with downtime.

I like nana like the v-rod. Im not looken but a V-Rod done up like a rode glide touring trike is very interesting.

I am very happy with mine. But if I were looking for an extra one, I would love a sportster with a frankenstein for an around the town ride. I also love the looks of the v-rod trikes. I would also like to put a trike kit on my Ridley. That would be fun, too......oh heck, I'll take em all.

When I win the lottery I will go see Tom @ Cheeta trikes & order a v8 cheeta for weekends & a v6 for just puttering around town.

I rode a VRod Motortrike conversion a few weeks ago. If I didn't have the 2011 TG I would be looking hard at converting a VRod. It ran cool. It had tons of power. And the aftermarket seat and backrest were very comfortable.

Actually, I AM in the market for a new trike and, at this time, I have NO preference, BUT I do tend to lean toward an older (early to mid 90's) Goldwing 1500. (basically, because that's about all I think I can afford)

probally the harley because of the factory warranty and the amount of the hd dealers around the country who could perform factory warranty if needed !!!!!!!

I would still take a 1500 Goldwing . Almost bullet proof .Been very pleased with DFT conversion, over 55,000 miles trouble free. Work done in 11 years of ownership,: New front tire ,3 batteries, 2 sets front brakes 1 rear, 6 oil changes and filters,( due for the 7th) new rear tires, front fork springs.

Looking for my first trike now, and am extremely partial to the custom bobber on Trinity Trike homepage! My goodness that's my style for sure!!

Would LOVE a new one!! Torn between a GW or Harley, but pretty sure I"d want an IRS. That being said, $$$ wise I'd probably be happy with a VTX IF it could be done up like the one Randy had for sale a few months ago - touring box, fairing with radio, etc. Decisions, decisions....no money, so I can dream big!! :D

Myself I think we should all be able to have a stable full so we could ride what ever hit our fancy because it was in the garage. just like the old days a barn full of horses...lol sorry i just woke up what a thought the license and insurance would kill us.

Okay, WHEN we win the lottery (isn't it inevitable? we're such NICE people!!), I want a Corvette, John wants a Maserati, and we'll have a baker's dozen of bikes and trikes in our custom garage. No other toy haulers - bikes 'n' trikes were made to RIDE!!

Hi all...I lurk, but don't post much. I'm still on two wheels, but considering my next motorcycle...I want to get something that can be triked or hacked later when I don't want to hold two wheels up anymore. I like the Heritage Softail, the Roadstar and the Valkyrie, all of which can be easily triked or hacked, but I have to admit that the VRod trike is AWESOME...
