TriGlide Vibration/Harmonic?

I looked for a similar thread and didn't find one-so here goes:
I have a new 2011 Triglide with the 103 and 6 speed. No mods other than shiny stuff. My last ride was a Road King with the 96/6 and before that a Fatboy with a Stage II 95"/5sp. Also had a couple of Sportys so I'm not new to Harleys.
This new rig runs and sounds great at cruise, seems like the 30 tooth drive lets it churn a little more. The sweet spot for a 60mph cruise feels like 3000rpm in 5th, 2500 in 6th and the bike seems happy with either one.
The problem is that at a steady cruise in either gear, I get a light harmonic, buzz effect anywhere between 2300-3000 that never goes away. To the point that I feel it my helmet and my vision blurs a little. It's weird, never had this experience before.
Does anyone have any words of wisdom?

At around 70mph I heard a buzzing, drove me crazy. Eventually I found that the little black plastic visor on my helmet was doing it. a little super glue stopped it.

I doubt it's the same thing, but I positioned my flaps on my fairing to as wide as I could to get more air across the motor. At 65 in 5th gear, I could feel a high freq buzz in my hand controls. It would go away as soon as I shifted into 6th. I moved the flaps while washing the trike one day and forgot to reposition them. No buzz, no vibration.

I've never noticed any kind of buzz with/without flaps. If you see it again, when you bring it in for the 1500 mile service you should ask them to test ride up to the problem speed. I can tell you that during the winter, when I had ice stuck in all sorts of spots on my wheels, I would get a vibration until chuncks cleared off. Maybe an extra balance weight got stuck partially one and then came off. I'm on a 2010 by the way. I highly recommend switching to full synthetic at 1st oil change. Now go out and enjoy.:Joker3:
