Tow ball height

Greetings, my Stallion's tow ball is at 10 1/2 " high. Works great with the cargo trailer that was made for the trike. (See pic below)

I'm looking at a tent trailer for camping...they need a ball at 16" height.

I notice that quite a few of you pull tent trailers...what did you all do to your tow ball to get it high enough?

chip check out northern tool or harbor freight there are tow bars available with different heights
