What Jack posted is a decent reference overall. I don't know that I'd rely on it as an "answer all", but it's a dang good start! It's been far too long, but I can't say that a torque wrench was necessarily used on the ladder bar bolts. Granted, if they're nice & tight with a good nylock nut they don't come loose either (especially since these are pinched between plates).

The bolts that secure the ladder bars to the rear end are grade 8 hardware; I'd suggest somewhere in the 60-70 ft-lb range would suffice (driveshaft bolts are a 1/2-13 (but a much harder bolt) & spec on them is 75 ft-lbs on most vehicles.
