The sand knife is a real novel idea, but being made out of plastic, how sharp can it be?

A while later. I went back and watched the video (I too was concerned about what initially appeared to be Chinese characters) Pretty slick. Could a microwave get the ingredients that hot? Was skeptical and thought what was listed as a microwave might actually be a laboratory oven? (We had one where I worked that the lab guys used when heating products for testing.) Lotta work to produce a knife.
