Thinking of going to a trike

Hi everyone , I am a new member, enjoying all all of the info. Have been riding for 45 years , but after a hip replacement and needing the other one ,with my wife on the back starting and stopping is a little dicey. Trying to decide whether to convert my Road Glide or go to a TRi Glide. Thanks

Welcome from NJ....this is a great site to get feedback on many different rides. Good luck with your selection.:clapping:

You've got a lot to think about. I know it was for me! A few distinctions make each option attractive. I went the conversion route with my existing 2006 FLHTI. I liked the options available with the CSC kit, the opportunity to customize while the bike became a trike, and had a great installer-my local HD dealer. Good luck with your decision and keep us posted!

The first step is to decide if you want a warrantee or not. If not that important then consider conversions. There are many great conversions available. Whats most important on conversions is the installer. They can make or break any conversion. After that make a list of pros and cons. Ask questions and then decide. Good Luck. I have had both a conversion and a TRI-Glide. I like them equally. The warrantee is most important now so the Tri-Glide is my current ride. Previous was a 07 Road King with a Champion conversion installed by myself.

Welcome to Trike Talk, If you like your bike you have now it makes since to trike it, if not I see everyone likes their TRI-Glide Good luck with what you do and ride safe and have fun doing it.
